The major goals of this project are to conduct multi-site evaluation and provide technical assistance to 10 national demonstrations sites for this Special Programs of National Significance (SPNS) focused on HIV-positive youth and young adults (ages 13-34 years) to enhance HIV care continuum outcomes using social media, text-messaging, and mobile application technologies.
